We’re proud to ship exclusively within Canada, offering beautiful jewelry with care, speed, and clarity — from our hands to yours.

 Processing Time

All orders are subject to a quality check before shipping. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, holidays, or high-demand launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.

We’ll notify you via email as soon as your order is packed and on its way.

🚚 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched.

🌎 Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada only, including all provinces and territories.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $85 CAD (before tax)
  • Flat rate shipping: $9.95 CAD for orders under $85 CAD

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

🧾 Taxes & Duties

All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout according to your province or territory. No additional duties or import fees will apply within Canada.

📦 Undeliverable or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • Your order may be held at a nearby post office or carrier depot
  • Please bring valid photo ID and your order number when picking up
  • Undelivered packages returned to us may incur additional shipping costs for resending

To avoid issues, please double-check your address and watch for carrier notifications after your order ships.

  1. Order Confirmation after purchase
  2. Shipping Notification with tracking details once your order ships

We take great care to ensure your jewelry arrives beautifully packaged and securely wrapped. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
