14-Day Return Window

We want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.  To begin a return, please contact our team first — unapproved returns may not be accepted. 

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition, unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging, including any gift boxes, pouches, and complimentary gifts
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

✉️ Return Shipping

Currently, Solivra only ships within Canada.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns to ensure safe delivery
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. If you prefer, we’re happy to offer store credit toward your next purchase.

Refunds may take 2–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Promotional discounts used during your purchase will be reflected in the final refund amount.

🎁 Gifts & Exchanges

If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, please provide the gift sender’s:

  • Name or email address
  • Order number (if available)
  • Shipping address or phone number

We'll do our best to help you with an exchange or credit.

Quality Concerns

If your item arrived damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.
